It was quite simple once the final clue was announced on Friday.

Nutjob + Underqualified =

  1. Jason Cosper Says:

Please to be making this into a t-shirt.

  2. Theinternetftw Says:

I second the opinion of the above individual.

  3. VJESCI Says:

.isz this any thing like draft pick?
.perhaps daft prick is more appropriate.

*attunes musical device to robot rock…just think—obama wins if mccheney so much as attempt to danse any thing but a danse macabre*

  4. rstevens Says:

Jason and FTW- Taking those votes under advisement!

VJESCI- He’s daft and she’s a young punk!

  6. KMFPL Says:

Just to play Devil’s Advocate… You could turn that upside-down and have the Democratic ticket.

Not that less-than-inspiring tickets are anything new for either party. Can we get a cheer for Mondale-Ferraro and/or Bush-Quayle?

  7. greg Says:

if this was on a t-shirt i would seriously consider purchasing it

  8. Jason Says:

Re the comic, Alaska and Hawaii: Brilliant. You’re on to something. But I’ve got one thing to add…

Hawaii is the 50th state. Alaska is the 49th. Do you know which is the 48th? Look it up. Go ahead, I’ll wait…

Yes, indeed, it’s a conspiracy among the Johnny-come-lately “states”. Their loyalty hasn’t yet been proved… don’t trust them for a minute!

(I’m trying to work Delaware into this conspiracy theory, and am having trouble. Someone help me out?)

  9. another_greg Says:

I, too, would be interested in such a t-shirt.

  10. Havocist Says:

Also, please to be giving us a link to a larger version for the printing of yard/window signs.

  11. bob Says:

That’s too bad – I like Daft Punk. the band, not the republicans.

  12. Clinton Bowen Says:

Oh Man. Guy-Man and Bangalter might not like this. Let’s not make this into an international foray. McCainiacs and the French don’t go well together. I think I’d still buy a shirt if and only if i had robots on the back.

  13. David Says:

    bumper sticker. nao.

    why?

    BECAUSE NAO

  14. Olly Says:

Could someone make a bumber sticker that reads “Gustav ‘08″? I don’t know who the running mate would be… It’ll only be funny until it hits land, so hurry.

  15. rstevens Says:

Jason! That’s bizarre. We now have a candidate from the 1st, 48th, 49th and 50th states.

  16. Clinton Bowen Says:

    @rstevens,

Note: McCain isn’t really from AZ. He’s from Panama. Palin isn’t from Alaska, she is from Idaho. Biden is from Pennsylvania, not delaware. Obama IS from Hawaii. I wouldn’t exactly say 1st, 48th, 49th, and 50th states.

  17. David Says:

Someone needs to mashup “Robot Rock” with McCain’s jerky campaign appearances. THIS I COMMAND

  18. Ray the Cynic Says:

    You’re all daft punks.

    RED ROBOT #C-63 in ‘08!
