I’ve wanted something like this for a while now...
I grew up reading monthly comic books. When I first decided to make a webcomic, I had originally planned to make books and stories. Realizing that a comic strip format was a better fit for the internet at the time, I opted to go with daily updates that had a continuity but didn’t exclude new readers.
Fast forward about ten years. The moment I saw an iPad, I wanted to put comics on it. I think for every person who loves reading their daily comics every morning, there’s someone who’d love to grab a magazine of them once a month and soak them up all at once.
This ebook contains all my comics from the month of December 2011 with a few tweaks. Comics that were longer than two rows of panels are split onto two pages and share a background color. This book is a rough work in progress. iBooks Author is less than a week old as I type this. I’d love to know what you think about reading in this format.
